Please note that all items that are sold and paid for are non-refundable.
We do our part in inspecting the items and making sure that quality is assured before posting them out. As such, kindly note that the following reasons are not considered as defects:
2. Slight difference in the shade of colour, thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight misalignment of seams and minor stains
3. Sizing issues (Please refer to the measurements of the item when making purchase)
4. Deliberate damaging or soiling of the item
For genuine defects that we might have missed out, please contact us via e-mail at panther.contact@gmail.com as pictorial evidence would be required along with a brief description. Additional information must be furbished upon request. Our team will then investigate and decide whether you are eligible for an exchange within 24 hours.
Once we have acknowledged the defect we would exchange a non-defective item of the same model/design/colour for you. If the item is not available for exchange, we will issue you with a credit coupon with the exact same value for the exchanged item. You can use it in your next purchase at Panther Seductions. This credit coupon can only be used once and has an validity period of 30 days upon issuance. When the credit coupon is used, the stated value will be deducted from your next purchase order.
